Trouble-free Returns As a GeeWhizMinis.com customer your satisfaction is very important to us. Most deep-discount online retailers have an "all sales are final" approach to customer returns. This also applies to merchandise that is returned damaged, scratched, marked, soiled, misused or changed in any way. A 15% restocking fee is applied to all items returned for refund. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable. Cancelled Orders All orders that are cancelled by the customer prior to shipping will incur a 7% transaction cancellation penalty fee. If for any reason GeeWhizMinis.com, LLC cancels an order and does not ship the product to the customer, the 7% transaction penalty fee will be waived. For your protection, we strongly recommend that when you send a return to GeeWhizMinis.com you use a shipping carrier that provides tracking information. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in any way. The return of any item will be at your own expense. Please make sure that you use a shipping carrier that requires a signature confirmation on delivered parcels. It is your responsibility to return items using the appropriate packaging materials. We will not accept any losses or damages which may occur in transit. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item that does not meet the criteria of our return policy.
