Q: When will I receive my product?
A: GeeWhizMinis.com ships most orders on the same day if the orders are placed before 3:00PM EST (except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays). Estimated arrival time depends on the shipping method you select. Click on the Order Tracking to track the status of your shipment.
Q: How much is my shipping charge?
A: Shipping charges vary depending on product weight and delivery zip code. We use UPS, and order ship from our fullfillment center in the NY metro area. Your charges will be based on your shipping zip, the product weight, and the service you select.
Q: How can I return an item?
A: GeeWhizMinis does not accept returns of opened merchandise. For return of unused products, file for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 5 days by emailing info@GeeWhizMinis.com. All RMAs are reviewed and addressed within 5 business days, and a RMA number will be issued for any returns. The RMA number insures your credit upon reciept and inspection.
